Kay + Ryan Wedding | Private Residence in Fairfield California | Liz Zimbelman - Sacramento Wedding Photographer
I am posting Kay and Ryan’s wedding before I am even posting their engagement session because I am so in love with all the blood, sweat and (happy) tears that went into this wedding. Ryan proposed to Kay when they were in Paris on the Pont de l’Archevêché - which is the bridge with the pad locks. If you are not familiar with what the pad lock bridge symbolizes it means typically the couples names or initials are inscribed on the padlock, and its key is thrown away into the water below symbolize unbreakable love.
They are both DIY and Pinterest lovers so it was such a beautiful sight to see that everything they did for their wedding, THEYDIDITTHEMSELVES. Every light that was hung, every napkin that was laid out, they did it. It was an absolute labor of love and they did it beautifully. Lots of personal touches from their travels. Did I mention this was a surprise wedding? And that guests thought they were attending an engagement party?
Talon and Heather - Sacramento Wedding Photographer
Talon and Heather met on Plenty of Fish and had their first date in Old Sacramento so it was only fitting to revisit where it all began. We finished in Wilton at a private residence where they will be getting married. The private residence has tons of vineyards and open space and we were able to capture some amazine sunset photos.
